ANALISIS GAP PADA SISTEM PRODUKSI TERINTEGRASI DI PT. XYZ

This study aims to analyze the gap between planning data and actual realization in the integrated production system at PT. XYZ, an automotive manufacturing company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a case study method, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews, and production report documentation. The analysis focuses on four main aspects: material receipt efficiency, daily production output, defect rate (NG), and production machine effectiveness measured using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicator. The results show that there are significant differences between the targets and actual realizations in all four aspects, with an average OEE value of 77%, which is still below the ideal industry standard of 85%. These findings indicate the need for improvements in logistics management, quality control, and the implementation of preventive machine maintenance strategies. This study contributes by presenting an integrated evaluation framework to identify operational gaps in manufacturing production systems.
