Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Physical
Work Environment on Employee Productivity at CV. Mutiara Berkah
Abadi Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative
method. The population consists of 40 people, and the sampling
technique employed is a saturated sample, in which the entire
population serves as the research sample. The types of data used are
primary and secondary data. The testing techniques conducted include
Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of
Determination, and Hypothesis Testing (T-Test and F-Test). The results
of this study prove that Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment
have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Employee
Productivity at CV. Mutiara Berkah Abadi Tasikmalaya. Work Discipline
has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Productivity at
CV. Mutiara Berkah Abadi Tasikmalaya. Physical Work Environment also
has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Productivity at
CV. Mutiara Berkah Abadi Tasikmalaya.
