Abstract
The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Negeri
Medan in 2025 was held in Suka Makmur Village, Deli Tua
Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, from July 7 to August 15,
2025, under the theme “Smart Village.” The main activities
included supplementary learning classes, eco-enzyme training, drug abuse prevention campaigns, health and sports programs, and cultural preservation. The results showed increased learning motivation among children, improved community skills in waste management, greater student awareness of the dangers of drugs, and healthier lifestyles among the elderly. Culturally and environmentally based programs also strengthened social cohesion and sustainable practices. This success was achieved
