PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA MELALUI SEMANGAT KERJA SURVEI PADA KELOMPOK TANI BUNAR SUKAPADA

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Work Motivation on Work Productivity through Work Spirit in the Bunar Sukapada Farmers Group. The method used in this study is quantitative methods with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is the path analysis tool using the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Work Motivation and Work Spirit have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity in the Bunar Sukapada Farmers Group. Work Spirit partially does not have a significant effect on Work Productivity in the Bunar Sukapada Farmers Group. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Work Spirit in the Bunar Sukapada Farmers Group.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja melalui Semangat Kerja pada Kelompok Tani Bunar Sukapada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian 100 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat path analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Kelompok Tani Bunar Sukapada. Semangat Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pada Kelompok Tani Bunar Sukapada. Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja pada Kelompok Tani Bunar Sukapada.
